Welcome to the Dendro Apothecary FAQ — your go-to guide for everything we make. From our handcrafted car diffusers and artisan perfumes to custom orders, refills, and safety details, we’ve gathered the most common questions (and answers) to help you get the most out of our products.

Q. Do you have a physical location? 

Yes! Dendro Apothecary's products can be found at the Tree Wizard Workshop at 201 N. Main Street, Noble, Oklahoma. 

Q: How do I use my diffuser?

  1. Remove the wooden cap and inner stopper.

  2. Replace the cap and tip the bottle gently to saturate the wood.

  3. Hang from your rearview mirror or place in a small space.

  4. Refresh as needed by tipping again.

Q. Is the price I see under each picture for one bar of soap, or for the amount in the picture?

The prices listed under each variety is per bar.  We often show multiple bars of each variety to highlight the slight variations associated with the handmade, artisan nature of our products.

Q. Help! My package has arrived damaged/has the wrong products/is missing products/etc.!

Oh no! Please contact us via the "Contact Us" page and we will do our best to make things right ASAP!

Q. Is there a best by date for soap or car diffusers?

We recommend you use our products within 6 months for the best results, as the color and fragrances may begin to fade after that amount of time.  However, our soaps will still get you clean after the fragrance and colors have dissipated!

Q: Are the fragrances safe?

Yes. We use premium fragrance oils and diffuser base that meet safety standards. As with all scented products, keep away from direct skin contact, pets, and children.

Q: Can I reuse my diffuser bottle?

Absolutely! Once the fragrance runs out, you can refill with your favorite scent. To reduce waste, we do make refill bottles upon request. 

Q: Where are your diffusers made?

All Dendro Apothecary diffusers are handcrafted in Oklahoma, blended in small batches with care and whimsy.

Ingredients FAQ:   

  • Our soaps are made using organic RSPO certified palm oil and biodegradable glitters.
  • We often use almond and coconut oil in all our artisan bars, unless otherwise stated.
  • Most products are vegan friendly but some use honey or beeswax from our organically-raised bees or goat's milk from our two pet goats , Aphrodite and Freya

What is a Curio Box?

A curio is something small and strange and worth keeping; the kind of thing you'd find at the back of a shelf and turn over in your hands wondering where it came from. That's the whole idea here.

Once a month we pack a Curio Box and give it away to one person on our list. Inside is a little collection of Dendro Apothecary scents, picked to tell a story together. Also, a surprise or two, and the kind of thing we don't put up for sale every day. No purchase, no catch. Just your name in the drawing.

Drop your email below and you're in. We'll email when there's a winner, and now and then when something new is worth telling you about (a fresh scent, a market we'll be at, a story worth sharing); if you opt into texts, we'll send the occasional one too. That's it. We don't flood your inbox, and you can step out anytime.
